We had a great time staying at Drew’s place! We very much enjoyed walking the private path to get to the beach. We also enjoyed how close the home was to down town and other local beaches and parks. The home was as pictured and it accommodated my parents, husband, our 3 year old, our dog and myself very well. We would definitely stay here again!

The location of this property is amazing
The location of this property is amazing. A brief walk to a small beach, and morning sunrises are beautiful. The house itself was a decent space. The living area is small (but the deck provides outdoor space to hang out). The bedrooms are decent sizes, the master quite large. The condition of the house was not stellar. The kitchen faucet was broken - though functioning-it was quite loose and "wobbled" a lot. Because it worked, they did not address the issue. The dining room table was also quite wobbly and unstable. The bathroom door was difficult to open and close. The lack of "little things" was frustrating (dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, tissues, paper towel replacements, etc.). There was also no gas in the grill. I contacted Drew and he brought it over. Having to buy standard supplies was frustrating. Some sort of "manual" would have been helpful (supply locations, TV instructions (why 6 remotes for one TV?), etc).

This house is truly a hidden gem! The home itself is beautiful and we loved our peaceful walk to the beach each day. Drew was a wonderful, considerate host. This was everything we dreamed of for our Cape vacation and more!

We had a great stay here this summer. The place is perfect for a large family or group. It is spacious and has everything you need to cook meals in the kitchen or on the grill. The deck space doubles the living space and is a great place to enjoy the evenings. Beach is a five minute walk.

We enjoyed staying at Molly’s Folly for a long weekend! It’s a short walk to the beach and we loved the coastal details that made it feel like home. We loved that we could bring our pups and that it was located in a quiet & serene neighborhood. We would stay here again!

We met friends (another couple) there. All of us are in our 60s. We enjoyed the house, deck and amenities available. The beds were very comfortable.
We brought our 9 month old puppy. We are new at traveling with a pet and have avoided pet friendly accommodations in the past due to concern for cleanliness. Mollys Folly was pristine with no evidence of prior furry visitors.
The location was ideal. Mollys Folly is located in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The beach is just a few minutes away via a picturesque and wooded trail. We walked to town one day (3 miles round trip) via beach, boardwalk and sidewalk.
We would highly recommend Molly’s Folly and choose the rental again.

We had a great stay and would do so again! Loved the location and the minute walk to a child friendly beach. The place was very well furnished and cleaner than clean. Drew was responsive to all our inquiries and everything went very smoothly.

We stayed in Hyannis so we could have easy access to the ferry for our planned day trips to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard. Molly’s Folly was a great place to return for peaceful rest between trips! The cottage is well appointed, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our early morning walks as well as the restaurants in town. We only stayed a few nights, but could have easily enjoyed more than a week in the cottage’s quiet setting.

The house had many positives that you don't usually find in a beach rental. There were plenty of hooks to hang towels and bathing suits (something that is often lacking for some reason), plus the huge back deck was an option for hanging beach stuff. The kitchen actually had decent pans and knives. Not a ton of counter space for cooking, but we managed. House was clean. The outdoor shower was so nice for after the beach. Beds aren't the most comfortable, but fine.
Nice easy few minute walk to the beach. It is a small beach with shallow water forever and no waves to play in. If that's what you like, it is a great option.

My family enjoyed our long weekend at Molly's Folly. We had visited the house previously and were excited to return. It was just how we remembered. It's decorated and kept up nicely with a cozy feel. The decor makes you feel right at home. The area is great for walking and it's quiet with just a short distance to downtown Hyannis. Drew always answered my questions with a quick, friendly response, and everything was very easy to navigate. Thank you!

Had an amazing stay here. House was in a great location. Small, private and quiet neighborhood close to everything (beach, restaurants, stores…). It was fully equipped with everything we could have possibly needed during our stay. Only thing I’d say might need some work is the master bedroom bathroom has two doors and the sliding door that leads to the hallway was very hard to lock(didn’t lock properly). Other than that, the host was kind and very responsive and the house was clean and cozy. I had a great time and I’d definitely consider staying there again should I find myself in the area. I would highly recommend!

This charming house is located on a quiet cul de sac and about one mile away to a quaint little town. The house was spotless, the kitchen had every utensil you could imagine including a kcup machine and coffeemaker. It was very comfortable, and the gated deck with grill and an abundance of outdoor seating was an added bonus! It is just a 5 minute gorgeous walk down a lovely wooded path to the beach! Drew was so friendly, easy to reach, and extremely helpful. Thank you, for helping us shape our memories!

Drew’s place was so stunning and just the recharge we needed. The community was great and the walk to the beach was short. The home was organized and decorated beautifully to make you feel like you were right at home. Drew was responsive and communicated a ton during the stay, and was available readily for us if needed.
There is an outdoor fenced in deck that was perfect to have the dogs outside on the porch with us while we enjoyed the sounds of the ocean and peaceful environment. The outdoor shower was an added bonus so we didn’t have to heat the bathroom up when we showered.
The rooms were beautiful and had their own linen and bed sets and while we didn’t bring our children this time we are sure to return with them the next time we book with Drew.
I cannot wait to come back in the future.

The location was great...short walk on a path to the beach, plenty of space outside for the kids to play and bike ride, and only a short drive to some of our favorite local spots. We appreciated all of the children's toys and books, all of the kitchen tools we could need, and the spacious deck! We definitely recommend "Molly's Folly" to anyone who would like a quiet stay, while still being close to great restaurants and activities on the Cape.

We stayed with another couple and our dog at Drew’s home for a long weekend mid-May. Each of us loved the home and all of the amenities it had to offer. The very quick and peaceful walk to the beach was ideal, and town with shops and restaurants was also right down the road. The home is located off of the main road in a quiet and well maintained cottage village type area, a great setting if you are bringing a dog. We loved the huge back deck and felt that anything we needed was provided. It couldn’t have been a more relaxing and fun trip for us. Would definitely return!

We have been coming to the Cape twice a year for many years. This was such an amazing location that was both clean and beautiful. The place was exactly as described, close to the beach and near all the great restaurants that downtown Barnstable has to offer.

Wonderful location within walking distance of private beach and only a couple minutes drive into Hyannis. We were a group of 5 + one doggo. All of us felt the Airbnb was beautifully decorated, clean and stylishly decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped. 2 bathrooms and washer and dryer were also very helpful. Back deck was spacious and fenced in which was perfect for keeping our small dog safe and nearby while we ate outside. Responsive and kind hosts who answer questions quickly. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

Cozy, clean adorable cottage in a great location. The layout was very nice. Bedrooms in one end and living room kitchen on the other. Located in a cottage compound with quiet and nice neighbors. Beautiful spacious deck with water views and a walk to a beach. Close to downtown Hyannis and the ferry to the islands. All the amenities you would need as well; stocked kitchen, grill, a couple of TVs and well working AC. Bonus a lovely gas fireplace. Would highly recommend!!!!
