Great place to stay! Very clean, walkable (20 min for us w/ toddler wagon) to campground beach - roads are slow enough to feel safe despite lack of sidewalks. Very short drive to wellfleet (15 min) or Mac’s seafood (5 min) for quality lunch/dinner options. We felt at home right away. It’s close to other houses to not feel remote, but really nicely nestled in with nature. Drew was very responsive and friendly!

We loved our visit to the house — large enough for our big family, on a quiet cul de sac just minutes from lots of restaurants, beaches, and other activities. Plenty of space, full kitchen, highly recommended for large (or small) groups.

Great house in an amazing location. Just enough space for my family without being overwhelmed. Still get the feel of the cape while being a close enough drive to main stream stores. Amazing location for some of our favorites like Corporation, Breakwater and Mayflower beaches and also a 2 min drive from Bass Hole where we watched the most gorgeous sunsets most nights. Loved the outdoor space for cooking and hanging out at night. Great stay!

This is a great location and really cute house. Two beaches in walking distance- one is really tiny and cute, the other a bit larger. There is a great walking/biking loop in the neighborhood and lots of people out and about. It felt very safe for our kids to bike around. House is in a very quiet location that feels serene. Two zone AC which is so nice on the cape, bunk room perfect for kids. The 4th bedroom is basically a closet so we weren’t able to use it (planned to use it for a pack n play but there’s only inches of space on all edges of the bed). WiFi was in and out during the stay, but didn’t impact our enjoyment at all. The host was super responsive and helpful. Would definitely come again and highly recommend!
