Guest Reviews

Guests keep saying the same things

We pick up the phone, the houses come back cleaner than the photos, and the yards and beach walks do the rest.

We had a great time for our first time on the Cape! We would love to come back again!

Drew's place was very welcoming and felt homey for our staycation. Our dogs loved the backyard. The deck was a nice touch to have breakfast. Location was very quiet and peaceful, but also minutes to eateries and things to do. Just what we were looking for! Beds and sofa were comfortable. We had a little issue locking the keypad door but we figured it out eventually. Would definitely book again!

After multiple stays I can say the house is always perfectly prepared, its location is central to our usual haunts (over 30 years of Eastham vacations). The house provides flexibility for the variety of adult grandchildren and friends who have shared our 4 times at the house.
Thank you,
Peter and family

This home was perfect for our needs! Host was wonderful, super responsive, friendly, and accommodating. The kitchen looked brand new, every room was clean, and the outdoor deck was perfect for morning coffee and conversation. Was very private with the landscaping! Great overall experience.

Our stay at Drew's place on the Cape was wonderful. The location allowed us to travel to various types of beaches or walk to the local beach at Hen's Cove. The neighborhood was quaint and everyone we met was friendly. The house was perfect for 16 people, but it is easiest if you take advantage of the outdoor shower, which is hot and spacious. The living room areas were a great place to hang out inbetween adventures and in the late evening. We used the pickleball/basketball court when we had down time at the house and in the evening we grilled and had a fire in the fire pit. Everything about check in and check out was easy and Drew responded to our communications quickly. If you aren't familar with the Cape, take care to check for ticks. We didn't find any on our group, but they are plentiful on the Cape. Thank you Drew!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was comfortable and well-suited for a family with young kids. Drew was responsive and accommodating throughout — he even arranged a late checkout for us, which made traveling with toddlers so much easier. We got to celebrate a birthday here too, which made it extra special. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back!

Drew was a very responsive host.I was extremely pleased with the house. The neighborhood was beautiful and the house was beautiful. The back yard had a gorgeous pond behind it and a very nice deck and furniture to have morning coffee on. The beds were extremely comfortable also. The house had a nice fire ring and Adirondack chairs to enjoy in the evening. My family and will definitely rent Drew's house again once we're in Cape Cod.

What a beautiful gem to find in June! We thought the location was ideal, felt very safe, we walked almost everywhere we went, and was pleasantly surprised with the beach path! Drew was very easy to work with and he got back to us right away, a big plus! We hope to rent again.
