Great stay overall! We were a family of 10 adults + one toddler. The house was the perfect size for our group. It was clean, nicely decorated and nicely furnished. It was stocked with all the essentials: linens, toiletries, kitchen utensils, plates, glassware, etc. Check in was simple. We did find ourselves locked out one night but the host responded immediately and resolved our issue in minutes. The location was perfect for our needs. I would definitely recommend and hope to stay again on our next trip.

The house was spotless when we arrived, and linens were provided. It’s conveniently located near the beach and restaurants. The only downside was the broken outdoor shower. Despite this, the house was cute and the location was great.

We had an amazing stay! Drew was a fantastic host, very friendly, incredibly responsive, and always quick to answer any questions we had.
The home was exactly what our family needed. It was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we could have asked for. We especially appreciated the thoughtful extras like the air fryer, plenty of beach chairs, and all the little details that made settling in easy. It truly felt like a home away from home.
If I had one small suggestion, it would be to provide a few more bath towels for larger groups or longer stays. Other than that, everything exceeded our expectations.
We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a great place to stay while exploring Cape Cod, especially families with young kids. The location was perfect, and it made for an easy, relaxing home base after long days at the beach and exploring the Cape.

The house was great- especially for the size of our family that was visiting. Pickleball/basketball court was really cool and looked even better in person. The property is nice and set back from the road which made it feel more private. Drew was very responsive to any of my messages. Overall: thumbs up!
