Stayed at this house for 4 nights. 12 guys went down the cape for a weekend full of golf. We’re all over 40 years old. This place was PERFECT!!!! Plenty of parking, plenty of beds, clean, AC, restaurants, grocery store, liquor store all with in 3 miles and minutes off the highway. I highly recommend this place. Absolutely amazing. Can’t wait to rent it out again.

Good location that is very close to the beaches. Easy to walk to beach. The shed in the back has beach chairs and some other beach equipment including umbrella and tubes. The house is clean and comfortable. The 4 bunk beds are perfect for kids. The back yard has plenty of space to run around and play lawn games. The neighborhood does have a lot of hotels and motels so there is a fair amount of light in the evenings and increased activity in the evenings(only on weekend). Overall a great house and location that is hard to beat. Would definitely return.
