A nice place to stay
A nice place to stay. The most important thing for me is cleanliness and this place was spotless. The bathroom sink was leaking when we arrived and they took care of it very quickly. They were considerate of our time so as not to disturb us while fixing the problem. Personally, I thought the queen mattress in the main bedroom was way too soft. If you prefer a mattress on the firm side, this is not the place for you. It was very nice to have a washer and dryer for our use. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance to the bay beaches. Overall, it suited our needs.

The house was nice and very comfortable to stay in. There were a few little things that could be improved. The back door to the deck was sticky and was very hard to open and close. The kitchen was well stocked with a variety of pans to cook in on top of the stove but was lacking a sheet pan to be able to use the oven, and also the light above the kitchen sink did not work. We had 4 adults and a baby staying on property, so it was important to have two bathrooms. The ensuite bathroom’s shower was always hot, but the shower in the hallway bathroom was either luck warm or cold, it would not get hot. Lastly, the Smoke and Carbon Monoxide detector decided it was going to go off at 2:30 a.m. Despite the few small issues, it was a nice stay for what we needed.

Great place to stay if you want to be in Eastham and close to the bay side beaches. The house has good features for someone with disabilities (seat and bar in the shower, all on ground floor, just small stairs to enter)

We really enjoyed staying at Drew’s place on Runway Lane. It was very clean, tidy, and well stocked for cooking. The garden is also very nice. Drew was very responsive throughout. The house is also very well located for the beautiful beaches, lakes, and salt marshes around Eastham. Would definitely return!

The house is very nice. Extremely clean. Very comfortable. Nice walk to the beach. The back door was a little finicky and difficult to close and the smoke alarm went off at 4am one night which wasn’t fun but can’t always know when those things are going to happen. It was a nice stay for what we needed.

This house worked perfectly for our Cape visit. Drew is a superb communicator and was gracious, helpful and very prompt. We had the opportunity to meet Tyler and he was very gracious and helpful as well. We were 5 minutes from the Salt Pond Visitor Center and Coast Guard Beach, as well as many other beaches. We watched the sunset from a different bay side beach each night. There were various restaurants nearby although we cooked at home for almost every meal. The house smelled so good and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. It was instantly very inviting. The bathroom adjoining the master bedroom has a shower with a handrail, a built in seat, and a hand-held shower head on a hose. This is very helpful for people with limited mobility. The bathroom is small and not large enough for a walker but one can hang on to things to get around if the person can walk. Fun note: there are lots of thrift stores on the Cape and we highly recommend the two “Consigning Women” shops. Enjoy your stay!

Drew's lovely home was easily one of our favorite places we've ever stayed on the Cape (and my family has been coming for over 30 years)! It was exactly as described: spacious, comfortable, and clean. It's a great location for going to the bayside for the beach, and centrally located for all things Eastham. Easy to find, plenty of parking, and Drew was a very helpful and communicative host. We'll be back, and can't recommend it enough!

This is a wonderful place to rent! We loved the location, it is so close to beaches and ponds and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Sitting out on the back deck for our morning coffee was lovely. The layout of the living room/dining room/kitchen was comfortable and the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed [we cooked most meals at the house]. The only thing we missed having was a big bowl for our salads.
The house was clean and the beds were comfy. I would definately rent here again!

Perfect spot for our family to spend a few days on Cape Cod. Easy access to many beaches and great restaurants in the area. Neighborhood was quiet and pretty. Downsides - One bedroom did not have a window AC unit or a fan that worked (Uncomfortable in July humidity) but we found another one in a different room to use. Host provided beach towels and there were even beach chairs available in the garage which was perfect because we were traveling from out-of-state by plane. Home was clean and well kept. Kitchen stocked with the basics. Washer and dryer functional but dryer squeaks quite loudly so we only ran it when we were away from the house. Overall pleased with our stay. Would stay again.
