-You must sign the pool waiver form in order for us to provide keys to the pool area. If your reservation is not in the peak summer we make no assumptions that the pool will be open during your stay. Please ask us before reserving to clarify this.
-No parties or events
-No large gatherings outside of those registered as guests
-No pets of any kind
-Diaper aged children must wear swim diapers in pool and hot tub. An additional cleaning fee will be added if pool company requires additional cleaning.
-Do not rearrange the furniture
-No indoor candles
-If AC is on, all windows must be closed
-Do not leave windows open when not at the house or in inclement weather
-Please be mindful of our neighbors by keeping noise to a normal level, reducing noise after 10:00pm, and not lingering in front of the entrance.
-Fines assessed for additional cleaning, trash removal and property damage.
-A party is grounds for termination of stay and immediate removal with no refund.
-We ask that guests be off any exterior spaces by 10PM on the weekdays and 11PM on the weekends. This is not a curfew so you can come and go as you please past these times but you cannot hang out on exterior spaces past the posted times.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside within 50ft or near any window.
-No packages may be sent to the house without host approval.
-No refunds to be given for shortened stays and for any cable, internet, WI-FI, heating, cooling, or power outages or other acts of nature.
-No sweat on accidental & reported damage! Your rental includes an accidental reported damage waiver fee up to a maximum of $800. The cost to repair any accidental and reported damage to the rented property including any missing or broken items up to a maximum of $800 will be covered at no charge to you as long the damage is reported to your Host before you depart.
