This lovely three bedroom house in Harwich, with an open concept floor plan and plenty of room for your friends and family, is only a three minute walk to Long Pond. The nicely manicured front and back yard lawns are perfect for kids and games. Two living rooms: one for the adults and one for the kids. Tons of natural light, private setting, plenty of space, and the charming indoor fireplace & outdoor fire pit allow you to enjoy both the indoors and outdoors seamlessly.

Excellent home and location! Drew was a great host and very attentive. Highly recommend.
Drew’s house could not be in a better location
Drew’s house could not be in a better location! The street is quiet and great for morning walks in the neighborhood. We were able to walk to Long Pond across the main road, and it was a quick 15 min drive to Nauset Beach. You’re also 10-15 minutes from all the great restaurants in Harwich/Harwich Port. The house is very clean with plenty of room for our group of 4 plus dogs. The game room is a fun bonus! The backyard looks a little tired from the photos in the listing – the chairs around the firepit are different now and very old, the cushions on the deck seating are very worn out, and we never could get the string lights to come on. Regardless, we were able to enjoy meals on the deck and the firepit at night. We had an issue with the outdoor shower water pressure that someone was able to come fix and it worked like new. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Drew’s house and would like to come again.

Great location, the home was spacious, clean and looked just like the pictures. We had 6 adults and one child and had plenty of room. The air conditioning was not great. The window unit in the main room was so loud we could not her each other talk so we had to turn it off. The window unit in the bedroom with 2 twin beds was okay, during the night it got warmer. If we set it on high, it was very loud. Loved the deck and outdoor shower! Would have been nice to have beach chairs so we would not have to bring them ourselves. Overall, it was a great rental and the host was very responsive.

Overall we had a great time staying here for a weekend in Cape Cod. Host was very responsive which we appreciated. We had a few small issues with figuring out the lights and fans that were not a huge deal, but a bit annoying and we ended up just letting them go. Important to note that there isn't central air and it got quite warm during our stay, there are window units in each room but we couldn't figure out how to turn on the ceiling fans even after asking the host for help. Some of the basic amenities we expected were are on the minimal side i.e., there were no paper towels when we arrived and we couldn't find any. The house was spacious and is very close to a nice pond which was great. Quiet neighborhood and convenient drive to most other parts on the Cape.

We stayed at this house for two nights with our young adult children and our dog. The space is generous. We especially enjoyed the open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining area, which made it easy to relax and spend time together.
The entry room was a great bonus—it allowed different people to enjoy separate activities or watch different programs without disrupting one another. The bedrooms were comfortable and the garden was beautiful. We only wish the weather had cooperated so we could have made more use of the outdoor spaces.

The stay was beautiful and comfortable! There was lots to do when you wanted to go out, and even more things to do if you want to stay in. Equipped with a garage converted into an arcade, a deck with a grill, a cozy fire pit, and many places to sit and relax. My party had a great time staying at Drew’s and we would love to stay again! This was the perfect place to stay with our dogs. We enjoyed that even though there were neighbors the way the house is set you felt very secluded. Loved the open layout and how bright and light the house was. Have to also mention how comfortable the bed was, great for sleeping in on the cold/rainy day we had. We also loved how this was a short drive to the downtown area (especially loved stopping by the Seal Pub anytime of day). Chatham and Hyannis were also quick 15min drives and driving to P-town wasn’t that bad either (made some stops along the way). Cape Cod was so beautiful to visit in the early fall and everyone loved and welcomed our dogs! Highly recommend going on a whale watching tour. The house was perfect to come home and cuddle up and watch a movie or have a fire out back! Would love to stay here again in the future!

Drew’s home was perfect for our six family members attending a local wedding. Having the two bathrooms was key! The super modern refrigerator was a nice surprise. The two indoor spaces to relax and watch TV we’re great and offered quiet in the front den if others were sleeping.
We would definitely consider staying here again.

Overall, we had a good experience at Drew's place. Pros: great backyard/deck, nice location close to Long Pond, plenty of space, comfortable beds, fun games room. Cons: did not provide paper towels, little to no hand soap in the bathrooms, almost nowhere to hang your bath towels in either bathroom (especially for multiple people), the A/C unit in the main living room was very loud/seemed slightly broken, had to call the property management company to check in because I was not initially provided with the door code. All in all, I recommend staying here, but it would be nice if they made some small improvements to make it even better. 🙂

Beautiful house- large and clean with all the amenities you could ever need. Very large, quiet and private deck and backyard - perfect for relaxing. Outdoor shower is perfect. Great location - less than 10 miles to Harwichport, Chatham and Orleans and only 20 miles from the Beachcomber! Long Pond is just steps from the house and that is a great place for swimming, fishing, kayaking or just laying on beach.

My friends and I spent 3 nights at Drew’s place and had a wonderful time. The location is great, and there is a lot to do both in and around the house.
We chose to cook for breakfasts and dinners, and I only wish there was a wider variety of cooking equipment.
I highly recommend staying at Drew’s place.

The place was perfect - just what we were looking for. Great location, close to highway and to beaches, and less than 5 min walk to the lake. Private yard, fire pit was nice place to gather at night. House was a perfect size for 5 people though can fit more. Kitchen has all new appliances and supplied with cookware, silverware, whatever you need. The game room in the garage was a favorite place for the kid!

They did an exceptional job of making your feel welcome and everything that you could need was provided for you. Loved the house and how easy everything was to use. We were looking for a quick few nights on Cape Cod and we are familiar with this part of the cape and that appealed to us. The pictures looked great. Especially appealing was the Game room. We had fabulous weather and we were able to sit outside, have a fire pit going, and enjoy each other’s company during an often busy Cape Cod season. We look forward to staying with Drew again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was well kept, clean, and everything was in perfect working order. The game room and large selection of board games was really fun for the kids. We also enjoyed the fire pit and the peaceful, quiet backyard. The neighborhood the house is located in is very nice and we enjoyed taking walks. Had a fun time with family at Drew’s place. It was very warm so we appreciated the well working air conditioners in all the rooms. Being able to walk to nearby Long Pond that has a nice beach was great with small kids. And the game room was a big hit with the 5 and 7 year olds for those rainy days.

The beach and boat ramp is a 5 minute walk. Close to the rail trail for biking and/or walking. Comfortable beds, excellent linens, towels, etc. Would have liked cable tv. There are two large tv's with all the plus channels. Tricky to navigate.

A nice surprise was that the house looked even better in person than in the pictures. The backyard is beautifully decorated and also has an outdoor shower.
