In the apartment, both the full bath and half bath are located on the first floor. Both the main house and the apartment each have a bedroom with an en suite bath.
The main house features a newly updated, modern kitchen with a brand-new gas stove, two ovens, a microwave, a full-size refrigerator, a wine cooler, and a drink fridge. There are two dining tables that each seat four, as well as bar seating for two at the kitchen counter. The apartment also has its own fully equipped kitchen, which includes bar seating for three. Both kitchens have coffee makers that require ground coffee.
